We had a nice Memorial Day weekend.
We got to see some family,
Papa and I went to a baseball game,
We all watched some local fireworks
(AK teaching JB how to watch fireworks)
with Mom covering his ears, JB didn't cry once, but seemed very curious,
and on Monday we watched the local parade
(not the best pic- but there were lots of preschools and marching bands- good fun).
Most of all we're thankful to all those who risk their lives to protect our freedom, especially to those who have died doing so, and their families who have also sacrificed so much.
